“How to increase web site traffic? There is no “magic formula”. It took almost two years of hard and very dedicated work. The contributing factors were:

Contests (3 MAJOR contests)
Award Programs
Mail list
Offering some kind of interaction at your site where visitors could participate in something
Emails sent to announcement lists, search engines and directories
TONS of content
Tons of articles
Free stuff to give away
JOINING every email list you could find that related to your web audience and participating in those discussions
A BUNCH of trial and error stuff! Too many to laugh at!
